Our team of physicians, assistants, learners, and staff are committed to providing you with excellent care and compassion. In order to meet your medical needs, you may be scheduled with a PA for your visit. Our PA's effectively communicate with our physicians on a regular basis to ensure continuity of care.

With many of our physicians acting as faculty members at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, we welcome and assist in teaching medical students/residents from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine as well as PA students from other programs. These learners may be a part of your care.

June 2026

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Paul deBakker, a valued physician, colleague, and one of the original founding members of our clinic. Dr. deBakker will be remembered for his dedication to patient care, his memorable stories and wit, and the lasting connections he built with patients and colleagues alike. His impact on our organization and community will not be forgotten, and he will be deeply missed.

Same-Day Access Clinics are every weekday with our PA, Tiffany. Call in AM to be booked in!

 

Walk in Clinics are Monday - Thursday in-person with registration opening at 4PM and Saturdays from 9AM-NOON for patients of our practice only. Duration may depend on patient volume.

New patient applications are currently CLOSED.

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice in person or by phone. If you miss, there is a $20 no show fee. ​​​
